Some called it Melody Stone or even Sacred Stone, which is a combination of seven minerals – clear quartz, rutile quartz, smoky quartz, Amethyst, lepidocrocite, Goethite and Cacoxenite.

This combination of minerals is found only in Espirito do Santo, Brazil. It became extremely rare since the flooding took place, there have been said to be other discoveries but none have found authentic Super Seven.

Most of the time, not all the minerals occur in a singular cut or tumbled stone but still, dealers will try to sell them as Super Seven at an exorbitant price.

We have seen many dealers particularly in the East selling bracelets with the combinations of 7 different stones and market it as Super Seven and claimed the benefits are the same as the original Super Seven. It is hard to watch that many fall into this unethical marketing tactic.

It is not easy or I would say impossible to verify the authenticity of a Super Seven stone. When purchasing this stone do get it from a reliable dealer. A trustworthy dealer might go the extra mile in helping you identify the minerals within each piece.
